PROSYSTEM AQUA - EC CONTROLLER PUMP - 02002

The Prosystem Aqua automated pump for regulating electrical conductivity is the simplest and most complete of those on the market.
It has been designed to control the dispensing of fertilizers or boosters in water tanks for irrigation: the small size and ease of use make it the most advanced tool on the market in its multiple fields of application.

The pump controls the electrical conductivity of the solution thanks to the EC probe which remains continuously immersed in the nutrient solution; once the EC value to be maintained has been programmed, the pump doses the chosen fertilizer mixture or booster and mixes them with the water, until the programmed EC value is reached.

The pump is supplied complete with installation kit: EC probe with connection cable, fittings and pipes for aspiration and expulsion of the buffer solution, bracket and screws for fixing to the wall.

1 - Switch on the pump
Once the pump has been installed and connected to the mains, proceed with its programming indicating the desired "set point". If necessary, proceed with the probe calibration.

2 - Water recirculation
Together with the EC control pump, a water recirculation pump must also work which will circulate the nutrient solution inside the manifold previously installed together with the probe and the injector connected to the pump.

3 - Measurement of water conductivity, the value of which is shown on the pump display.

4 - Suction of the fertilizer
The pump sucks in the fertilizer, or fertilizer mix, prepared earlier.

5 - Release of the fertilizer in the irrigation water.
The EC regulation pump doses the fertilizer release into the water through the manifold injection valve until the preset EC value is reached.
